Swing Assessment ($45.99 or $65.99): A personalized video analysis of YOUR swing with specific feedback on what to improve. Standard ($45.99): 7-10 business day turnaround. Priority ($65.99): 3 business day turnaround. Both include the same detailed 10-15 minute video analysis - the only difference is how quickly you receive it.
Swing Coach Subscription ($160/month): Ongoing monthly coaching with 5 priority assessments per month. Best for serious golfers working on consistent improvement.

Purchase your swing analysis.
Within a few minutes of purchase, you'll receive an email with a link to upload your swing video. Simply click the link, fill out the short form, and upload your video.
Upload your “down the line” and “face-on” video via the link we email you.
Bill will review and your completed analysis will be emailed to you as a video link within 3-10 business days depending on your purchase. You can watch it, save it, and review it as many times as you'd like.

Videos should be 1 minute or less. This is plenty of time to show 1-2 full swings from both angles. Don’t forget to upload both the “down the line” and “face on” video.

We recommend two camera angles for the best swing review. Please be sure to place the camera far enough away so the video will capture everything from your feet to the top of the swing.
Down-the-line view: Camera positioned directly behind you, looking down your target line. The best position for this is in line with your hands pointing to the target.
Face-on view: Camera positioned to the side, perpendicular to your target line. The best position for this is directly in the center of your body.

Yes! All swing assessments are completely private and confidential. Your videos and feedback will not be posted on social media unless you specifically give permission during your video submission for us to post you. See our Terms & Conditions for complete privacy and social media policy.

Turnaround time begins when you upload your video, not when you make the purchase. For example, if you purchase on Monday but don't upload your video until Thursday, the 7–10-day (or 3-day) clock starts Thursday. Note business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Weekends and holidays don't count toward turnaround time

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. Any unused assessments (including rollover credits) are forfeited upon cancellation. See our Terms & Conditions for complete subscription terms.

You can set up your phone on a tripod, chair, or golf bag and use a self-timer or video recording app. Many golfers successfully self-film at the range. Don’t forget the time and how the camera should be placed to get the best video for review.

Possible Issues:
Currently we are only capable of accepting videos under 1GB in size. If your video is larger than 1GB, you will not be able to upload the video through our normal process. Please compress your video if it's too large and you are capable.
Try a different web browser to upload your video (Chrome or Safari work best for our system).
Ensure you have a stable internet connection
If you're still having issues, email the video directly to Bill Ramsey with your order number.

Most common formats work fine (MP4, MOV, AVI). Your phone's native camera format is perfect.

You'll be charged $160 on the same day each month. Your account is credited with 5 swing assessments per month with priority 3-day turnaround. NOTE You can submit up to 2 swings per week to promote adequate time to practice and implement feedback between submissions. Golfers improve faster when they can work on adjustments before recording their next swing. This isn't a restriction - it's designed to maximize your improvement.

Unused assessments roll over to the next month, up to a maximum of 2 rollover credits. For example, if you use 3 assessments in February, your 2 unused credits roll over to March, giving you 7 total available (5 new + 2 rollover).

Yes! Subscribers receive priority 3-day turnaround, while standard one-time assessments have a 7-10 business day turnaround.

Only if you give us permission! When you checkout, you'll be asked whether we may share your analysis on social media.
All assessments are private by default, but we hope you would consider allowing Bill Ramsey Golf the opportunity to promote your swing and Bill’s ability to make you a better player. Absolutely! Once you receive your analysis, it's yours to share however you'd like. Many golfers share them with their local teaching pro or playing partners.

Bill looks at your entire swing sequence - setup, backswing, transition, downswing, impact, and follow-through. He identifies what you're doing well and the 2-3 key areas that will have the biggest impact on your ball-striking and consistency. Bill will provide specific, actionable feedback you can implement immediately. The goal is to give you clear direction for your practice sessions.

Yes! Bill offers private in-person or group lessons at Lone Tree Golf Club and Hotel in Lone Tree, Colorado. In-person lessons provide hands-on instruction, immediate feedback, and the opportunity to work on all aspects of your game including short game and putting.
