1. SERVICES OFFERED

Bill Ramsey Golf offers:

• Swing Assessment - One-time personalized swing analysis ($45.99 standard, $65.99 priority)

• Swing Coach Subscription - Monthly subscription with 5 swing assessments ($160/month)

All services are provided remotely via video analysis. In-person lessons are available separately by appointment.

2. PAYMENT & BILLING

• All payments are processed securely through Squarespace

• Prices are listed in USD

• One-time purchases are charged immediately upon checkout

• Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same day you initially subscribed

• All sales are final - no refunds except in cases of service failure (see Section 7)

3. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

For Swing Coach Subscription customers:

• Month-to-month subscription - cancel anytime

• 5 swing assessments per month with 3-day priority turnaround

• Maximum 2 submissions per week

• Unused assessments roll over (max 2 rollover credits) only while subscription remains active

• Cancellation forfeits any unused assessments including rollover credits

• No refunds for current billing period

• Subscription renews automatically until canceled

• You may cancel by emailing us

4. VIDEO SUBMISSION & TURNAROUND

• Standard swing assessments: 7-10 business day turnaround

• Priority swing assessments: 3 business day turnaround

• Subscription assessments: 3 business day turnaround

• Business days = Monday-Friday, excluding major US holidays

• Turnaround begins when video is uploaded, not when purchased

• During peak periods, turnaround may extend slightly

5. CONTENT OWNERSHIP & PRIVACY

YOUR CONTENT:

• You retain ownership of all swing videos you submit

• By submitting a video, you grant Bill Ramsey Golf a license to use it for the purpose of providing your analysis

• We retain submitted videos for 90 days for reference purposes, then delete them

• All swing assessments are private and confidential by default

OUR CONTENT:

• Bill Ramsey Golf retains ownership of all analysis videos, voiceovers, and written feedback provided to you

• You may share your personalized analysis with instructors, friends, or for personal use

• You may not resell, redistribute, or use the analysis for commercial purposes

6. SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING USE

• All swing assessments are PRIVATE by default

• We will NEVER post your swing analysis on social media without your explicit permission

• When you checkout, you will be asked whether you consent to social media sharing

• If you consent to social media use, you grant Bill Ramsey Golf the right to use your swing video and analysis on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms for educational and marketing purposes

• You may revoke consent at any time by emailing us - we will remove posted content within 7 business days

7. REFUND POLICY

ONE-TIME PURCHASES:

• Due to the personalized nature of swing assessments, all sales are final

• If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your analysis, contact us within 7 days and we will provide a revised analysis or full refund at our discretion

• The Basics video is non-refundable once downloaded

SUBSCRIPTIONS:

• No refunds for current billing period

• Cancellation takes effect at end of billing period

• You may cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid future charges
